This just shows Obama for the opportunistic, pandering plain old politician he is. I strongly suspect the truth of the matter is his long-time association with Trinity and its race-baiting message had nothing to do with his deep and abiding faith as he has tried to portray it, but everything to do with it being the largest and most politically powerful congregation in his political sphere.
