Bush put 30,000 more troops to the Iraq. That's surge. With that troops, without any fierece battle, Al Qaida becomes weakest.

Funny than fairy tale. The fact is Al Qaida is a tool of US intelligence. They work for the interest of US inside group. They bomb Iraq civilians to give Pentagon an excuse to stay in Iraq. When American people are tired of the war, they become "weakest" to help Republican in election. This is how this regime to extort people with "terrorist".
