OH MY GOD Do people have any idea how most people in the world live!
Over 2.2 Billion people in India and China alone, most who live in a flat the size of a bedroom or a tiny 2 room house, power blackout after a set hour each night, a couple of cheap appliances and a small car if they're lucky, but usually a scooter or a bike.
Compared to your average family with 2 cars or SUV's subject to one of the worst fuel efficiency standards in the first world, 2 or 3 TV's, heating, maybe air con, several appliances, computers, the masses of manufactured things that fill our house, our shops we go to, our businesses we use and work at, all use energy in massive amounts compared to theirs and there's heaps of things more we use every day that use power.
And we have the audacity to tell them that we won't start to do something about the problem that we've contributed vastly more to that any other nation unless they do first. While China is about to overtake us as worst polluter you have to consider that they are powering 4 times as many people as we are.

Firstly, no offense taken.
I do not disagree with the sentiment, but unfortunately this site uses sensationalism (your fair share of Earth's resources, undefined as to what that means and no explanation as to how they determine what my fair share is) and uses a measly ten questions to make you feel guilty about living. Sorry, this is a ridiculous 'test' and discredits the green movement to no end.
We should protect our environment, we should NOT play childish bullshit games to do such.
