Well it is believed that HIV AIDS is most likely to have come from a vacine, possibly for hepatitis B. So there is sufficient evidence that suggests that HIV AIDS is man made. That being said, the only hurdle left is whether it was deliberate or by accident. I can see where the conspiracy theories have a field day when you consider the primary recipients of hepatitis B vaccinations--at the time of the first cases they were gay men, and villagers in Africa.

I don't want to believe Graves, but it is possible, though less probable, IMHO.
