This is actually much more important than "school choice" or any of that bandaid crap. The acheivement gap starts at a very young age.



And before anyone says it. Yes, it does seem these things will cost money. I don't suppose there is any hope of a debate ont he merits of these proposal instead of a whine about "but school choice is cheap!"
