Each state decides whether or not to grant reciprocity to another state's CCW license.
Illinois does not honor CCW licenses from any other state.

Obama says on his website he supports target shooters.
Obama supports a ban on the firearms 99% of the top competetive centerfire target shooters in the US use.
So either:
A. Obama doesn't have a clue what he supports, and is just trying to make himself sound good, or
B. Obama knows he is lying when he claims to support target shooters because he knows he wants to ban the rifles 99% of them use.
Neither case makes for a good leader, IMHO.

He hasn't moderated his position - he's moderated what he says about his position.
As demonstrated above, Obama's claim to "support" target shooters is bullshit. He supports banning the rifles 99% of the competitors use in the largest organized target match in the nation.

Wrong. Obama supports a ban on "assault weapons", and also on all semi-automatic firearms.
