When it's two males disagreeing, it's simply that - a disagreement. When it's a male and a female disagreeing, it's the same.

Yet, how does what it is become something else when it is two females doing the same?

I object. In fact, shall I propose a special term for two males arguing? No doubt I can come up with a few descriptive terms that many will not appreciate.
