Considering Obama, best case scenario is he really does stand for change, worst case scenario he's just a really good politician. Either way, aside from concentrating on Iraq because Americans care right now, Obama is likely to let the United Nations handle worldly things while concentrating himself on domestic policy, as democrats tend to do, and Europe ought to be good.
