Really? I don't recall my mom preachifying to her neighbors about how they should have lived. And if she did and I turned out to be some sort of hooligan they would have been well within their rights to call her out on the hypocracy. Ironically enough none of my friends or associates behave in the manner that Bush's daughters do regarding their trouble with the law. We manage to have fun without the cops getting involved.
Lastly, I'm not saying that people don't party, get drunk, and wind up with citations. So you're completely off-base.
