Selectively choosing high yield, low footprint sites can and will boost consumer confidence, and will hopefully be the first step in a "change" to our current policies. Hopefully, restrictions on not recycling nuclear waste within the facility can be lifted as well so we can start new nuclear production on the lines that Europe runs it and actually have a reliable source of energy so we can have a solid base to start moving new technologies ahead.
