It is difficult to say - that quote is a getting famous on conservative blogs/websites.
Mostly it is attributed to his wife, although it is often quoted as if Obama said it - one site has it quoted as Hillary saying it.

I went through 3 google pages and did not see anywhere this quote is listed except on blog sites and forums.
So - who really knows if it is a real quote, or bastardized quote.
