at about 1:30 into the clip he tells us that its from a speech at the University of South Carolina (I forgot to note the date) and at about 2:00 into it is her actually speaking.
I would think its easy enough to find based on that.

The only thing wrong with the comment is "This is America"...as if singling America out as the only civilization with these traits...indeed America has less of this problem than others around the world.
