You are reaching a bit here. Yes he's describing human nature. But why should we care how others do in this department. Shouldn't our goal be to improve where we can, i.e. ourselves. Should we spend more time parsing out these kinds of comments and finding ways to spin them as unpatriotic. Or should be be willing to take a hard look in the mirror and see if there's some truth to them or not. Regardless of what the rest of the world does. I feel like this is something you learn in kindergarten, just because Jimmy does it, doesn't mean you're excused.
