nope. sorry. nice try to define my words for me. A one year blockade does mean millions starve. it means they are denied resources for economic expansion and trade. yes, it would have made life tough on the japanese, but they still would have had a chance to survive. with the bomb, not possible.
so you are now equating the dropping of the bomb with compassion?
