I hope the story is true. I would be saddened to learn that this woman perpetrated a fraud and tried to blame it on Obama supporters. If it's not true then we have another case of someone trying to use race as a tool to create outrage. At some point, we have to stop looking at race as a divisor. Things are better than they used to be but we have a long way to go.

TBH, I thought it was fishy from the start. Look at the "B" on her face (if the photo is not reversed, that is). That sure looks like a "B" carved while looking in a mirror. I'm surprised no one commented on that. (And, this is why I made sure I said "according to the report" as much as possible.)
But, I do know about that a bit as one of the team members I was coaching painted "Pornstar" on her face before a race. She was hungover and forgot about mirror images. We all had a good laugh at her expense, though.
