How this will stimulate consumer spending I don't know...however equally absurd he said, and I quote - "40% of the jobs should go to women...and 90% to the private sector"Okaaaay so how many experienced women are there in the construction business?...."private sector"......meaning not actual construction firms, hell with them they don't need to eat - we would rather employ inexperienced people, you know women and minorities...they eat more.
