What is the opinion of the morals and ethics of artificial wars that do not provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States, but still require the coercive use of force of the State to implement and waste money on?

With a welfare-state economic model, we could have simply helped build better infrastructure and have less expensive fuel by now, and possibly be further along with renewable fuels.
