First of all i want to stress that there is more info on religion in politics than arguing over this.

Second, Obama is quite moderate compared to most politicians, especially those from the "bible belt". Since you like to believe that Obama is a "religious nutjob" then you obviously don't know much about american politics.

Third, since citizenship is granted at birth (not before), human rights and legal recourse can then properly be executed. Therefore, human rights are obtained AFTER you are born and become a citizen of the USA.
