The voters have been saying, "STOP" for a long time.

That's partly what the 'Contract with America' was all about.

But our political heroes -- the Rs and Ds both -- prove every year how little they care. Nothing will change until the voters grow up and get serious about politics.

Still at least a decade away, I'd bet.
