All the poor wittle richies get to keep ALL the money they've been stealing from us for at least two more years. Plenty of time for all of them to patriotically sock it off to the Barbados

Failure rates for new businesses are 33%. Failure rates for new hires in general vary so widely over businesses that any figure there would be meaningless, but it can go as high as 40% for exec level positions.
It there's bus service to your door then no, even I don't favor this. But if you live 40 miles outside of the city (and despite most of the widely believed stereotypes in here the majority of poor people are rural) well, how in the fuck are are you even to supposed to LOOK for a job, let alone keep one w/o a car?
Typical conservative thinking though. Any Welfare program must work PERFECTLY, or it just illustrates the failure of the whole concept. Precisely the same reasoning as with gun control.
