Well first they could have done their homework but I suspect this is just the usual we will see as the msm starts the drumbeat; she will NOT be the first Hispanic on the SC if confirmed.
I think her decision ala the Ricci decision is off, way off. But I won’t conclude my opinion and stance based on one decision, that’s unfair. I will do some homework and come to an informed opinion.

As far as- Sotomayor is a self-described "Newyorkrican"...so I guess Scalia can now be the ‘Jersey Sicilian Vesper’.
