I think her decision ala the Ricci decision is off, way off. But I won’t conclude my opinion and stance based on one decision, that’s unfair. I will do some homework and come to an informed opinion.

Some surface statements caught my attention-

Uhm so? Is this a qualifier for service? But thats just Barry being Barry I guess....

As far as- Sotomayor is a self-described "Newyorkrican"...so I guess Scalia can now be the ‘Jersey Sicilian Vesper’.
