First, I don't think American women are, generally speaking, as race and gender discriminatory as you make out. Secondly, according to the most recent Gallup poll on the issue, 49% of American women describe themselves as pro-life versus 44% who describe themselves as pro-choice.

I don't think the dichotomy you suggest really holds up.
