Where does this hatred of wealthy people come from? I don't get it. Jealousy may account for some of it, but I think it goes much deeper.

Your an American. That means that you personally did something terrible to someone.
It was probably just crying instead of dying when the doctor smacked your bottom after you were born, but there is no disputing your guilt.
