I can give you an easy example of Rush's racism, claiming that a four star general would back someone for president of the United States solely because of race. Does he think that Powell would have supported Al Sharpton or Alan Keyes. Sorry folks that's just plain racism. Heard Hannity go on and on about Obama's helicopter and how he wasn't going to get his shiny knew helicopter, I researched it, guess what, it was ordered while Bush was president. As a Democrat, I kinda like seeing these guys go on and on, and hijacking the Republican party, helps my side. But as an American I detest it, because it pre empts any serious dialouge about critical issues facing our nation today. In as much as I can stomach them all I hear, all I hear, is Obama is wrong and will destroy our country( I have more faith in our country). Even when Obama does exactly what they would they attack him, example the Somalian pirates. What we need is reasonable discussion, what we have is vomited rhetoric that has infected the Republican party.

I listen to the left wing as well, most of what I see on Oberman is a reaction to the vehemence on the right. I'll repeat we need reasonable discussion.
