I would say if you remove "attack" with "stopped"..."kidnapped" with "detained for questioning" and "international waters" with 5 miles from Israeli shores...you may be closer to the truth.

But the Israelis does not have the legal authority to stop or detain for questioning in international waters, that are not within Israeli shores.
Gaza has its own coastline, that Israel can not legally approach, much less interfere with.
That part that is so outrageous is that Palestine existed before Israel was made from part of it, and now Israel acts as if it owns all of Palestine.
