That's really a top end figure. If the Co2 level reach double 19th century levels that means it'd be 1.5 to 5 C warmer then it is now. So far the atmosphere is about 35% higher in CO2 then it was in the 19th century.
as a note and humorous aside: if my local area was 6c warmer over the past month then it actually was, the weather would have actually been seasonally typical.
