No doubt, but the themes mentioned so far that are suppose to relate to Obama are rather universal. The idea of some benevolent force coming to 'save' mankind while having hidden and darker intentions has been done before many times over.
This is like people saying that the Emperor in the new Star Wars movies was a remark on George Bush, which I found just as much of a stretch (especially since The Phantom Menace came out in 99).
