What do you think of the concept of unemployment compensation that conforms to at-will employment doctrine and state at-will employment laws?

Anyone who objects to being taxed on their prevailing market based income, can opt to be compensated for being naturally unemployed. If this wage conforms to public sector poverty guidelines, official poverty can also be eliminated.
