Batteries (single use) are on the way out. Rechargeables are the batteries of the future (from 5 years ago, NIMH are the hot ones, with LiPolys coming on strong).
My husband uses the LiPolys with his airplanes, too. Expensive but worth it. He still have a couple of battery packs with the Li-Ions, too. Geeeez, maybe I need to still some from him....
