Hmmmm...starting with softwood lumber (which looks like it will finally be resolved according to today's papers...with Canada getting most of the money back that was stolen from it by the US) and progressing on to border policies on both the Northern and Southern frontiers and then moving into "old" Europe and then Iraq....YES, there is a link! Question is, when will enough Americans realize this basic fact and do something constructive about it, like turfing Rummey and Condi and "the decider."
