Poor neighbours? Pre-World War II Poland had bad neighbours. So do alot of current borders. The American-Canadian neighbour is the best in the world. And insofar as dependency, Canada is a huge trading partner, including oil, which makes it America's best buddy once again given the nature and relationship of other oil countries.

HOrrible neighbors. ROtten friends who are dependent on the US and like to look their gift horse in the mouth. I find it amazing that you can call them a good trade partner when we buy 87 percent of their exports and they only consume 12% of our exports. Horrible, terrorist supporting, anti-american canadians are truly an enemy, not a friend. I said it once and I will say it again, if the US weren't full of racists hating on wetbacks, we would be talking about the true border issue to the north.
