What are the plans of the Hisbolla and the Hamas if they are kidnapping soldiers from Israel?
Anobsitar - the German people allowed it to happen. This is not an attack on Germans, because all of us could turn a blind eye to the most shocking atrocities given the right circumstances.

Israel's attacks on Lebanon don't exactly look like they are targeting Hezbollah - they seem to be targeting ordinary people, virtually laying seige so they don't have access to electricity, food and water, and preventing the many foreigners from leaving by bombing roads, bridges, airports .... do they REALLY think they won't be seen as deliberately targeting civilians? they MUST be living in lalaland if they think that most of the world would believe that.

Hisbollah's rockets are a concern - but is bombing Lebanese villages going to stop this? All I can see is the likelihood of anti Israeli sentiment growing stronger. Unjustified slaughter of civilians only breeds hatred - that is basic.

It was predictable. I have Jewish friends who are deeply saddened by what Israel has become. It is a viper in a sandpit - and there is NO HOPE for peace in the region.
