Yes he does not hide in holes. He has the power to clear whole cities to be safe like holes. Last time happened in a random German village were the villagers were forbidden to leave their houses and some hand chosen flag waving pseudo villagers were flown in from somwhere else, in order that the village does not look that much sterile.
