I guess if you consider democracy as a product that can be bought like so-much fish, and that the more money an organization/person has the more influence over what our government does, and the louder their voice SHOULD be heard by said government, then you would say that McCain Feingold is against the overwhelming voice of the wealthy minority. However, consider two facts:

1. That is a minority view, which is called plutocracy.

2. We tried that before, from 1880-1929. Guess where it got us?
