Hahaha... Well I have known people from Quebec, and have some family there and find it 50/50 on nice people, but I find that about the whole country, although Montreal does seem to produce beautiful women, haha. If you really want a place with lots of friendly people, go to Newfoundland. You'll be treated great and even though you can't understand the language (
) you feel great.
Nova Scotia is pretty good too, actually the whole East Coast is pretty friendly to visitors.
