I rarely see someone bash his own country, though. Having lived in both the U.S. & Canada, I can say w/some objectivity (I hope) that typically it is the U.S. that is the "gorilla in the room." Not always, but usually. I don't know enough about this issue to comment with anything above an opinion; I just wanted an excuse to post the lyrics to "Blame Canada."
