What does Bush's low approval rating have to do with Gingrich running or not? If anything, Gingrich has been the anti-Bush in the GOP. He has been heavily critical of many things the Bush Administration has done. Bush's approval rating is a non-factor in Newt's decision to run. His decision will come down to whether or not there is a credible conservative in the race.
