Gung Fu is a an ancient Chinese form of fighting. Lee started in Gung Fu growing up and became very skilled at it but developed his own eclectic style called Jeet Kune Do later on. Read up on that, as I think you'll like it a lot.

BTW, good to see another Bruce Lee fan around here.
My daughter would be able to straighten me out on that...as she does everything else . She is not quite 13 and she has a purple belt although in the adult class they don't give belts and she's passing into level three. Sifu says she is the youngest person he's ever trained as an adult.
I can't tell you how strange it is to see her on the other side of the room as me working with 6' 250lb men. She'd like to go to her first competition as an adult in Orlando soon and I'm a little worried.

Platitudes like the one you offer are no different - and no less incorrect - than the jackass part-time Christian who says, "I'm going to heaven because I'm nice to people." It so misses the point.~Impugn
