I thought Gazprom owns the company that is doing that section, so I assumed it would be russians doing the work. I know that Gasum is doing the parts where the pipe is on ground and of the possibility to make the so called "Balticconnector" line to the Baltic states.

So, as we have it accordingly to you - the Finns will build and operate it, but in the case of any technical emergency again there will be Russian unreliable machinery polluting the ocean?) Lame affort for explanation "No matter what Russia would be doing in this region would be looked at suspiciously". Try another round.
Main problem in the first place is the shape of the ocean floor and also the UXOs down there. That phrase you called a lame effort.. it was a reference to the mood climate towards the russians in general here. With that I admitted that there are suspicions towards the russian actions, what ever they may be, and therefore there may not be a rational foundation for those suspicions.
