About your comparison between American evils and Russian or Chinese evils. The big difference is that the America is mainly evil to other countries and other races in America, like Native Indians and Black slaves. Chinese people might become quite evil to each other to survive the fierce internal competition, but are generally fine with exotic foreigners. Russians might get a little bit in both. America bring disasters to all corners of the earth, but China do not interfere with others, and thus bad things from China only mainly happen in Chinese territory.
About your comment for the Chinese child, it is basically true, but it has nothing to do with your topic. China is much more populated than America and after thousands of years, the limited resources make Chinese compete from a very young age. Chinese children must suffer in order to be better than the other children. If they suffer more in childhood, they can suffer less afterwards. Chinese parents will definitely beat their children if they get too "free". This is due to thousands of years of cultural influence, as well as material resource limitations. You cannot blame the Chinese government for the fact that Chinese children suffer more than American children.
