I would have to hear the whole story...as in trial data.
If this was a monkey court session, and they were convicted absentia..I wouldn't deport them either.
However, if the court ruling is fair (both sides well represented, I have no idea how "fair" Bangladesh courts are) - then Canada is exercising it's opinion empirically, and has no right to let him live free.
