personal freedoms are a prickly pear...do personal freedoms extend to schools where in elementary age kids are taught that building any structure from legos that does not provide for EVERYONE as opposed to 'capitalist ' structures that are “restrictive"...like an empire state building as opposed to a community bldg.......how about teaching a scholastic program NOT their”‘personal” outlook on society.....
anyway...me? I'd rather come down on the side of slowing the progressive personal freedoms where the message is anything goes because it makes YOU feel good as opposed to respecting everyone’s rights as a majority ala michael nedow who clearly feels he and his 1% of the pop. should decide for all of us what part faith plays in our lives....the self esteem schooling ethic has proven to be a fraud and this is what comes of being drunk on personal freedoms....the good of the many still out weighs the needs of the few or the one....

So the state planners must arrogate to themselves the right to manipulate any sector of the economic system if the good of “society” or the “general welfare” is paramount.
