Explain your point fully. Are you suggesting that crime-fighting agencies are directly funded by sales of heroin?

I'm in favour of legalisation for the following reasons

1. Reduction in organised crime
2. If it's legal it can be taxed.
3. Identification and treatment of addicts.
4. Reduction in low-level crime

It seems a no-brainer to me: Increase in tax revenue, treat addicts, less demand, less supply.

I'd welcome dissenting views
