You forgot to mention Copenhagen....the whole city is a pile of worthless pigvomit when it comes to public transportation, and the car traffic is therefore getting worse by the day. The only reason that the city is not completely stuck in car traffic is because private cars costs three times more than in other countries, and that bicycles have some of the best conditions in the world.
