I don't know of the statute, although I'm sure something exists which would address this kind of thing. Basically, you've got a world body (the UN) which appears to be complicit in an illegal activity; counterfeiting. They don't need to print it to be complicit. Just holding it, when they know it's counterfeit, is illegal, and it's illegal in every country on the planet...
