Many of these same third worlders end up seriously overrepresented in crime statistics and underrepresented in employment numbers. I have a hard drive full of statistics that show diversity is a weakness.

Last time I checked 'democratic people' do not flood into China or other thirds world cesspools by the millions. Send 100,000 Europeans a year into China and see how the Chinese people react; I doubt linguistic communication will be their first worry.
