The russians are excellent at discrimination, I know. But in this case the Estonians are definately the oppressors.

But this situation isn't about the Russian minority building schools, it is about Estonia moving a statue. In this case, Russia has absolutly zero say.
Even if this was about Russians in Estonia not being able to build schools it still wouldn't be any of Russia's business. Remember, Hitler used the same logic with the Sudetenland Germans and other volksdeutche. Sounds like Russia is doing the same thing, except instead of "fellow Germans" we have "fellow Russians".
