Yes he was the commander guy leading the operation 911. Therefore he was sitting in the classroom and did not bother. He pretended not to understand what was the show. At least, inteligence offices of 12 different countries explained what is going to happen. Russians even told to Bush the schedule exactly days before - so did Egyptians. What was Bush's reaction is one of the strongest evidence that he was behind the whole 911 show - so called "false flag operation" which is a norm for CIA all over the world.

I wonder when the rest of the Americans learn this fact. Only about 50 % of Americans know that 911 was an inside-job.
