So, essentially... he is a free man that does not have to face trial for the accusations against him? I followed this story a while back, and the journalist(s) covering Posada predicted that he would eventually and essentially be granted asylum in the US, which seems to be what this amounts to. However, I don't really know the specifics of the events around the man, so I can't say for sure.
